Accessibility

While most of our paths are wheelchair friendly, there are both narrow and steep sections particularly in the upper woodland. There are also steps down into the rose garden so this is not accessible to wheelchairs.

Blue badge holders can speak to member of staff occupying the hut about disabled parking closer to the Castle to improve accessibility on the upper steeper sections of the gardens, closest to the main carpark.

If you have accessibility queries please get in touch and we will help you get the best out of your visit.
